Hi, I’m Zach Pechacek, born and raised here in Omaha, and everything I do—personally and professionally—comes back to one thing: family. I grew up in a hardworking family of craftsmen who taught me that when you build something, you’re not just putting pieces together… you’re taking care of people. That mindset has shaped my entire life.
I found my passion for the electrical trade in high school while attending Metropolitan Community College and getting involved in SkillsUSA. Serving as Nebraska’s SkillsUSA President and later a National Officer deepened my belief that good work matters, and great work can change the lives of the people who rely on it.
I went on to graduate from MCC’s Electrical Technology program, working my way from Apprentice, to Journeyman, to earning my Master Electrician license. Today, along with running BOSS Electrical Contracting, I also teach as an Instructor—because helping the next generation grow is part of who I am.
BOSS Electrical Contracting is proudly family-owned, licensed, bonded, and insured. And because family is the center of my life, I don’t take lightly what it means when you invite us into your home or your business. I know you're trusting us with the places where your loved ones live, work, and stay safe. That’s a responsibility I’ll never treat casually. Whether we’re wiring a new renovation, troubleshooting a business outage, or tackling industrial work, my team shows up with the same mindset every single time:
Do it right. Treat people well. Make sure every family we serve can live and work safely.
At the end of the day, that’s what BOSS is really about—powering what matters most to you.
